Project Overview

The CBA Center for Student Success is part of The University of Pittsburgh’s College of Business Administration located on the 2nd floor of the Sennott Square building. This alteration project featured reconfiguration of space for multimedia meeting rooms, offices and a new entrance lobby with electronic stock ticker.

The HVAC alterations consisted of reconfiguration of the existing VAV based heating and cooling system. The plumbing design consisted of new domestic water piping to new coffee stations within the space. New fixtures and water coolers have also been installed. The fire protection system was modified for the reconfigured space.

The lighting system consisted of high efficiency fixtures with electronic T-8 ballasts. Automatic lighting controls were provided throughout the spaces. Multilevel switching was provided to suit the various needs of the multi-media classroom environment. New fire alarm, multi-media and structured cabling devices were also included.
