Project Overview

The new Baker Hughes International facility in New Stanton, PA is an expansion of Baker Hughes global services to Pennsylvania. The site includes a 64,000 square foot office and warehousing facility, a 3,000 square materials handling facility and over 180,000 square foot of outdoor yard storage.

The HVAC system consists of gas-fired roof-top units with direct expansion coils providing heating and cooling. The plumbing systems consist of domestic water distribution and sanitary piping. New fixtures and water coolers have also been installed. A fire protection system was also designed and installed in the facility.

The lighting system consisted of high efficiency fixtures with electronic T-8 ballasts. Automatic lighting controls were provided throughout the building. A new electrical service and distribution was provided. Multilevel switching was provided to suit the various needs of the office environment. Fire alarm, security and structured cabling systems were also included.
